For every additional guest 19€ will we charged per night. Should the duration of the stay be shorter than four nights an additional 159€ will be charged. <br /><br />During the peak season, beginning with June and ending with the last day of August, an additional charge of 99€ per day is added.<br /><br />In the wintertime, beginning with October and ending with the last day of February 30 € will be added for heating.<br /><br />To book the house finally, half of the rent is to be payed immediately.
